Hogan Lovells advises AMA Group on its A $ 50 million convertible bond offering
Singapore, October 6, 2021 – A team of Singapore-based Hogan Lovells advised ASX-listed AMA Group Limited as UK legal counsel and SGX listing agent on its recent 50 million convertible bond offering in Australian dollars due 2027. The UK-regulated bonds have been offered in Reg S format to institutional investors and are convertible into ordinary shares of AMA Group Limited. The bonds are listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).
The AMA Group is a leader in the Australian and New Zealand collision repair industry and associated auto parts market. This is the Group’s first convertible bond issue on the international capital markets, the net proceeds of which are intended to be used to definitively repay the debt facilities, for working capital and liquidity purposes (including including for COVID-19 related disruptions) and to support growth initiatives. .
